Wild Yeast crafts organic, naturally leavened breads using grains grown in the Northeast. Rooted in a passion for traditional baking, we embrace time-honored methods—slow fermentation, the use of wholesome, stone-ground flour, and hand-shaped loaves that reflect the craft of artisan baking.
Our bread is fermented for over 20 hours, enhancing nutrition, digestibility, and flavor. By sourcing regionally and working with local farmers and millers, we aim to help strengthen the local food economy, reduce food miles, and support regenerative agriculture.
