Wild Yeast offers a selection of organic, naturally leavened breads made with Northeast-sourced flour. The business grew out of a desire to bring back the way bread was traditionally made - slowly and with wholesome, local ingredients. Each loaf is handmade with love and care, and fermented over 20 hours. This process results in a bread that is more nutritious, digestible, and deeply flavorful.
