Pre-Ordering Instructions

Pre-ordering helps me plan my bake, reduce food waste and ensure your bread is delivered fresh.

1. Place Your Order

Pre-orders open on Fridays at 8am and close on Tuesdays at 10am (or when I’m sold out). You can order directly through my website on the Pre-order Here tab.

2. Choose Your Pick-Up Location

At checkout, you’ll choose your preferred pick-up spot:

  • POST, White River Junction — Thursdays, 2pm - 5pm

  • Green Mountain Linen, South Royalton — Thursdays, 1:30pm - 5pm

All orders are prepaid and packed in bags with your name on them for easy pickup.

3. Pick Up Your Bread

Come by during the pickup window, find your bag(s), and enjoy! If you're like me, you'll rip a chunk off when you get to your car.

4. Storage Tips

Your bread will stay fresh for several days at room temperature in a paper bag or wrapped in a cloth. For longer storage, I recommend slicing and freezing your loaf. It toasts beautifully straight from the freezer.

A Few Helpful Notes

  • Because everything is baked to order, and the process takes 3 days,  I ask that you notify me before the cutoff date if you need to cancel your order.

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • All orders must be picked up within the given window to reduce burden on the partnering shops. If you forget to pick up your bread, we'll donate it to a neighbor or community member who can enjoy it.

  • If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help!
