Wild Yeast's baker, Emily is currently on a sabbatical to tour bakeries and wheat farms across the country. She will be returning monthly to fulfill pre-orders. The next pickup day will be on Wednesday, 1/22. Ordering will open one week prior. Full-time baking will resume February 3.
