Olive oil-rich bread with a crispy bottom crust and an airy crumb. Made with 100% organic, stone ground flour, local dried thyme, roasted eggplant from my personal garden, local roasted red pepper, tahini-lemon-garlic, paprika pine nuts, lemon zest and parsley.
