Buckwheat Black Sesame Sourdough

Made with a fresh-milled buckwheat scald, dark rye sourdough levain and toasted black sesame seeds. It’s earthy, nutty and incredibly soft. Inspired by my time at two bakeries in Portland, Oregon. 

Toast & simply butter; top with tahini and honey; or with avocado, egg & chili crisp (baker’s fav).

Ingredients: Stone-milled sifted wheat*, unhulled buckwheat*, sourdough culture* (rye and water), toasted black sesame*, water, salt
