Dark Rye with Fruit & Nuts - Charcuterie Bread

A 100% rye loaf made with house-milled, organic rye flour and packed with organic tart cherries, sweet currants, roasted hazelnuts, earthy walnuts and sunflower seeds. Its rich flavor and hearty texture pairs beautifully with local, creamy or nutty cheeses, cured meats, and jams. Thin slices are best for this dense bread.

Is also delicious toasted up and slathered with cultured butter.

Available in a petit (baked in 6" x 3" tin) and grand size (baked in an 8" x 4" tin).
