Herbes de Vermont Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls

These might be the softest dinner rolls you've ever had. Made with a blend of organic flours, including house-milled spelt, enriched with Cabot butter, and seasoned with locally grown basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and savory from Free Verse Farm. They're pillowy, buttery, and wonderfully fragrant, with a delicate crust and a tender, pull-apart crumb. I'm offering them in two sizes: 6 rolls baked in a 6" tin (this week only) and a larger pack of 13 rolls that will also be available for Thanksgiving. The larger pack is $1 less this week, as they'll come in simpler packaging rather than the pastry box I'm planning for the holiday table.
