Maple Cornbread Cookies

If cornbread and a cookie fell in love and had a baby. Buttery, nutty, corny, and inspired by a bakery I visited at a farmer's market in Washington state last year.

The corn used in the masa harina is grown right here in South Royalton and processed by Moon & Stars. I also add a touch of Vermont maple syrup sourced in Chelsea, VT and house-milled einkorn grown in Shelburne, VT by Borderview Family Farm. A truly local treat!
