Maple Pecan Sticky Buns

These are everything I want in a sticky roll. Incredibly soft, tender dough made with a blend of flours, including fresh-milled whole grains, local eggs, milk and butter, leavened with sourdough, swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar, and baked over a bed of housemade maple caramel and toasted pecans. Once inverted, all that sticky, buttery goodness becomes the topping. They’re rich, gooey, sweet, and a little bit messy.
