Einkorn, Rye & Roasted Barley Miche

Made with house-milled einkorn,* sifted wheat, and a touch of roasted barley. Leavened with a whole grain rye sourdough starter. Nourishing bread with long keeping qualities. Tight crumb (small holes), soft interior, and a hearty, nutty flavor. Contains 80% whole grains.

*Einkorn is one of the earliest cultivated grains, dating back over 10,000 years. The grain has remained largely unchanged, making it a pure, unhybridized form of wheat. Einkorn has an earthy, nutty and slightly sweet flavor.
